When will I receive my order?
We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days from the date of order. We will keep you updated if we experience any delays. You will receive an order confirmation at the time of order and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse in Stockholm.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to Sweden and all countries within the European Union. However, we are always flexible, so if you live somewhere else just drop us an e-mail at email@example.com and we’ll try to find a solution.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel an order?
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product, we ask you to return the product and place a new order. If you have any questions or concerns you are always welcome to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

Do I need to be registered online with ikidandfriends to make a purchase?
To place an order in our on-line shop you must register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are an ikidandfriends client, you can check the history of your account at any time.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you will love your ikidandfriends products but you are welcome to return any products purchased from our website, ikidandfriends.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all original labeling. Please remember to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for returning. We value your feedback.
Who pays for return shipping from Sweden or on international orders?
We do not offer free return. We believe that sending parcels back and forth is not very sustainable. We are also a very small company with limited resources. Please return your parcel by using the attached return address slip.
What happens if I don´t pick up my parcel?
If for any reason you are unable to pick up your ordered goods, you will be charged for the return cost. This cost is deducted from your payment. The remaining amount will be returned to your account.
