Where do you deliver?
We ship to all countries within the European Union. However, we are always flexible, so if you live somewhere else just drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try to find a solution.
What do you charge for delivery?

Do I need to be registered online with ikidandfriends to make a purchase?
To place an order in our on-line shop you must register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a ikidandfriends client, you can check the history of your account at any time.
When will I receive my order?
We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days from the date of order. We will keep you updated if we experience any delays. You will receive an order confirmation at the time of order and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse in Stockholm.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. If you have not received this, check your order here: https://skicka.dbschenker.com/spara/
What should I do if I need to change or cancel an order?
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product, we ask you to return the product and place a new order. If you have any questions or concerns you are always welcome to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy
We hope that you will love your ikidandfriends products but you are welcome to return any products purchased from our website, ikidandfriends.com, within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all original labelling. Just use the return adress label placed in your parcel. Please remember to send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning. We value your feedback.
Who pays for return shipping in Sweden or on international orders?
We do not offer a free return. We belive that sending parcels back and forth is not very sustainable. We are also a very small company with limited resources. Please return your parcel by using the attached return adress slip to:

What happens if I don´t pick up my parcel?
If for any reason you are unable to pick up your ordered goods, you will be charged for the return cost. This cost is deducted from your payment. The remaining amount will be returned to your account.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and PayPal Express Checkout.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Follow our size chart. You will find it next under Info, next to this information. Our garments are adapted to suit your child's age and height. The design and fit is not made to be oversized. If you would prefer an oversized look please choose 1 or 2 sizes bigger than your child´s age and height size.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We make our products in the most sustainable way we can achieve. Our first collection is made with GOTS certified cotton jersey material at a factory in Lithuania. They are certified SA8000 for CSR and working environment and solely make ecological friendly products, both fabric and garments in-house. Do you have a physical store?
No, we only sell from our web shop. But we will soon sell from an iki;D pop-up store. Subscribe to our newsletter and social media on Instagram and Facebook to find out when and where.
